  • Wednesday, January 7th – Mongolian BBQ Buffet
    A visit to the Orient without a passport!
    The buffet items include:
    • Asian salad bar and egg drop soup station
    • Action stations with
    o Beef, chicken, shrimp, and tofu
    • Lo mein
    • Fried rice
    • Steamed rice
    • Sauces
    o Mongolian
    o Sweet and sour
    o Teriyaki
    o Thai peanut sauce
    • Assorted stir fry vegetables
    • Coconut rice pudding

    Price is $32pp plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are a must, starting at 4:30pm. PLEASE, no substitutions!

  • Monday, January 12th – Bingo

    The Vistas Dining Room. Participation and ADMISSION is limited to those 21 years of age and older.
    Bingo Sales Begin at 4:30 p.m.
    Early Bird Bingo at 5:45 p.m.
    Regular Bingo begins at 6:00 p.m.
    (Prices start as low as $3 per pack for 11 games (Cash Only!)
    Seating is limited so come early! $10 limited Bingo menu buffet.

  • Wednesday, January 14th – Iron Chef's (Michael McGee) Table
    The first course oven roasted portabella mushroom stuffed with Italian breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, fresh herbs, and toasted pecans. The entrée is ribeye steak with a red wine jus and garlic herb compound butter. Served with loaded potato gratin, and oven roasted jersey giant asparagus. Dessert is chocolate mousse topped with Chantilly cream, chocolate shavings, and cinnamon dust.

    The appetizer and entrée will be served with an appropriate glass of wine. Price is $39pp plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are a must, starting at 4:30pm. PLEASE no substitutions!

  • Sunday, January 18th – A Quiet Evening with Ron Aeschliman
    Spend a very special evening with the always-popular Ron Aeschliman as he serenades you with a tribute to the Eagles and Neil Diamond. Start the evening with a delicious meal prepared by Chef Dylan. After dinner, the lights will dim, the room will go quiet and the atmosphere morphs into that of a "cruise ship floor show". The evening starts with a No Host bar at 4:30, dinner at 5:00. Ron’s performance will start around 6:30.
    Your buffet menu for this evening includes:
    Rolls and butter
    Garden Salad with ranch and raspberry vinaigrette
    Marinated skirt steak with Chimichurri sauce
    Roasted red potatoes
    Oven roasted vegetable medley
    Chocolate layer cake with raspberry coulis
    Ticket price for this new event is $45 per person and includes food, entertainment, tax and gratuity. Tickets go on sale December 10th at 9am in the Clubhouse Foyer.

  • Wednesday, January 21st – Prime Rib night
    Prime rib is back! Join us this evening for an old favorite. Start with a classic Caesar salad. Then enjoy a 12 oz Roasted garlic crusted prime rib (served medium rare). Served with loaded twice baked potato and oven roasted vegetable medley. Dessert is cheesecake with raspberry coulis. All this for only $39pp plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are a must, starting at 4:30pm. PLEASE no substitutions! Vistas menu is not available this evening.

  • Monday, January 26th – Trivia Buffet
    The price to play is $18 inclusive, per person, and includes dinner. The regular Vistas menu is not available. Get there early to purchase a beer or margarita to go with dinner, or anything else you desire. Trivia will start at 5PM. The menu this evening is: The buffet will be a Taco Bar and a Baked Potato Bar including Garden Salad, Condiments and Chef’s Choice Dessert.

    Reservations will be required for Trivia. Just log on to SaddleBrooke.org. Once you are logged on, go to the resident website. Click on Trivia Reservation. Type in your name, and the number in your party, you can request a location but that will not be guaranteed. Teams will consist of 2 to 6 players, to be eligible for prizes. Once you have made your reservation if your number of players changes or if you need to cancel, please advise the administration office (825-3048 x100) as we usually have a waiting list that could potentially be accommodated. You can certainly play with a team larger than 6 people, however you will just be playing for the fun and the food! There will be 1 winning team per month, and each team member (up to 6) will receive a Dine in Only coupon for a 1 topping pizza. Please note that a team can only win once a quarter.

    Questions will be chosen from the internet and as before, the answer ‘must match the card’, so to speak. Some of the processes will be the same as before. 20 questions, 2 minutes to answer. Papers will be exchanged with a neighboring table. Answers given, winning team determined. Trivia continues to be as much fun as you can have in an hour! For only $15 a person, with dinner included, who wouldn’t want to join in on the Trivia craze! Come on down and see what the fun is all about and enjoy a casual delicious dinner as well.

    The first course baked flatbread with bacon, arugula, sliced dates, chevre cheese, and a honey balsamic reduction. The entrée is asiago and almond crusted halibut with lemon beurre blanc and fried capers. Served with creamy parmesan risotto, and oven roasted broccolini. Dessert is wild berry bread pudding with crème anglaise and blueberry compote.

    The appetizer and entrée will be served with an appropriate glass of wine. Price is $39pp plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are a must, starting at 4:30pm. PLEASE no substitutions!

The menu is a mixed greens topped with egg salad, tuna salad & chicken salad and garnished with tomato and cucumbers. Dessert is chocolate cake w/strawberry sauce. Tickets for Wednesday February 4th are on sale now in the administration office.  Tuesday, February 3rd is sold out. Price is $30 per person, with $5 of each ticket benefitting SBPRN. Don’t miss out on what has become a very popular and fun benefit featuring Calle Rose fashions and accessories. Calle Rose generously donates a percentage of sales to the Network.

  • Saturday, February 14th - Valentines Day
    Celebrate a very special occasion with friends and neighbors. This romantic evening will begin at 5:00 with a no host bar and passed appetizers (chefs choice) followed by a delicious gourmet dinner at 5:30 specially selected and prepared by SaddleBrooke HOA#1 Culinary Team. Jessiah will provide the entertainment.

    1st Course
    lobster bisque with crème fraiche and chives

    pomegranate and chevre salad with pomegranate vinaigrette

    2nd Course
    filet au poivre with cognac cream, truffled pommes puree, and oven roasted asparagus
    OR
    pan seared halibut with citrus beurre blanc, lemon and saffron risotto, and oven roasted

    pistachio crusted rack of lamb with cabernet sauce, sweet potato puree, and oven roasted asparagus

    Tickets are $59 per person, inclusive of food, tax and gratuity and go on sale January 14th at 9am in the clubhouse foyer. Please be ready to make your 1st and 2nd course selections at time of ticketing.
