  • Wednesday, March 11th - Iron Chef's (Ysenia Islava) Table
    The first course is burrata bruschetta with prosciutto and a balsamic reduction over garlic butter ciabatta. The entrée is oven roasted duroc pork loin with a poblano cream sauce and pomegranate seeds, roasted garlic and cheddar duchess potatoes and marinated grilled asparagus. Dessert is red wine and cinnamon poached pear drizzled with a chocolate almond sauce
    .
    The appetizer and entrée will be served with an appropriate glass of wine. Price is $39pp plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are a must, starting at 4:30pm. PLEASE no substitutions!

  • Monday, March 16th – Bingo

    The Vistas Dining Room. Participation and ADMISSION is limited to those 21 years of age and older.
    Bingo Sales Begin at 4:30 p.m.
    Early Bird Bingo at 5:45 p.m.
    Regular Bingo begins at 6:00 p.m.
    (Prices start as low as $3 per pack for 11 games (Cash Only!)
    Seating is limited so come early! $10 limited Bingo menu buffet.

  • Wednesday, March 18th - Beef Wellington
    Join us this evening for an old favorite. Start with a classic Caesar salad. Then enjoy classic filet beef wellington with bordelaise sauce. Served with brown butter mashed potatoes and herbed oven roasted carrots. Dessert is salted caramel crème brûlée. All this for only $55pp plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are a must, starting at 4:30pm. PLEASE no substitutions! Vistas menu is not available this evening.

  • Monday, March 23rd – Trivia Buffet
    The price to play is $18 inclusive, per person, and includes dinner. The regular Vistas menu is not available. Get there early to purchase a beer or margarita to go with dinner, or anything else you desire. Trivia will start at 5PM.  The menu this evening is: The buffet will be a Sloppy Joe Bar with Brioche Buns and Potato Chips and a Baked Potato Bar including Garden Salad, Condiments and Chef’s Choice Dessert. 

    Reservations will be required for Trivia. Just log on to SaddleBrooke.org. Once you are logged on, go to the resident website. Click on Trivia Reservation. Type in your name, and the number in your party, you can request a location but that will not be guaranteed. Teams will consist of 2 to 6 players, to be eligible for prizes.  Once you have made your reservation if your number of players changes or if you need to cancel, please advise the administration office (825-3048 x100) as we usually have a waiting list that could potentially be accommodated. You can certainly play with a team larger than 6 people, however you will just be playing for the fun and the food! There will be 1 winning team per month, and each team member (up to 6) will receive a Dine in Only coupon for a 1 topping pizza.  Please note that a team can only win once a quarter.

    Questions will be chosen from the internet and as before, the answer ‘must match the card’, so to speak. Some of the processes will be the same as before. 20 questions, 2 minutes to answer. Papers will be exchanged with a neighboring table. Answers given, winning team determined. Trivia continues to be as much fun as you can have in an hour! For only $15 a person, with dinner included, who wouldn’t want to join in on the Trivia craze! Come on down and see what the fun is all about and enjoy a casual delicious dinner as well.

  • Wednesday, March 25th - Iron Chef's (Harley Wilson) Table
    The first course is white cheddar and parmesan stuffed mushrooms. The entrée is baked truffle seafood mac and cheese with garlic sauteed jumbo shrimp and lump crab meat, roasted broccolini and garlic buttered toast points. The dessert is spiced pumpkin and pecan cobbler with vanilla bean ice cream and caramel. drizzle.

  • Wednesday, April 1st - Grillin' & Chillin'
    Start the evening with a charred romaine salad with bacon, tomato, and ranch dressing. The entrées are Cajun rubbed New York strip steak with a bourbon street sauce and a grilled shrimp brochette with garlic herb compound butter. Served with loaded mashed potatoes and grilled broccolini. Dessert cinnamon apple crisp with vanilla bean ice cream.

    Price is $32pp plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are a must, starting at 4:30pm. Please note a preference for inside the RRG or outside on the patio. PLEASE no substitutions!
