  • Wednesday, May 27th – Chef’s Table
    The first course is garlic buttered ciabatta with herb whipped ricotta and bruschetta with olive oil and balsamic drizzle. The entrée is spinach and fontina stuffed center cut Duroc pork loin with a marsala wine sauce. Served with roasted garlic potato puree and honey glazed carrots. Dessert is peach crisp with oatmeal streusel and vanilla gelato.

    The appetizer and entrée will be served with an appropriate glass of wine. Price is $39pp plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are a must, starting at 4:30pm. PLEASE no substitutions!

  • Wednesday, June 3rd – Grillin’ & Chillin’
    Start the evening with a grilled peach and feta salad with a citrus white balsamic vinaigrette. The entrées are roasted pork filet medallions and mesquite smoked pork belly with a honey soy glaze. Served with roasted red potatoes and grilled bok choy. Dessert is cherries jubilee over vanilla bean ice cream.

    Price is $32pp plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are a must, starting at 4:30pm. Please note a preference for inside the RRG or outside on the patio. PLEASE no substitutions!

     

  • Monday, June 8th – Bingo

    The Vistas Dining Room. Participation and ADMISSION is limited to those 21 years of age and older.
    Bingo Sales Begin at 4:30 p.m.
    Early Bird Bingo at 5:45 p.m.
    Regular Bingo begins at 6:00 p.m.
    (Prices start as low as $3 per pack for 11 games (Cash Only!)
    Seating is limited so come early! Limited Bingo menu.

  • Wednesday, June 10th – Chef’s Table
    The first course is an arugula, pear and parmesan salad with lemon vinaigrette. The entrée is pistachio and herb crusted rack of lamb with a pomegranate molasses sauce. Served with purple Peruvian mashed potatoes and lemon and parmesan roasted asparagus. Dessert is key lime cheesecake tart with whipped cream and shaved almonds.

  • Wednesday, June 17th – Prime Rib night
    Prime rib is back! Start with a chopped salad with ranch dressing. Then enjoy a 12 oz roasted garlic crusted prime rib (served medium rare). Served with a twice baked potato and oven roasted vegetable medley. Dessert is cheesecake with raspberry coulis. All this for only $39pp plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are a must, starting at 4:30pm. PLEASE no substitutions! Vistas menu is not available this evening.

  • Wednesday, June 20th – Father's Day to go cold kit
    Pick up Saturday, 10:30 am – 1:00 pm. Order online at SaddleBrooke.org. Price is $50 per kit, inclusive of tax and gratuity.
    • 2 full racks of mesquite smoked baby back pork ribs basted in bbq sauce
    • 1 quart white cheddar mac n cheese
    • 1 quart herbed mashed potatoes
    • 1 pint of BBQ sauce for basting
    • 1 Dutch apple pie
    Last day to order is Friday, June 12th by 2pm.

    Sunday, June 21st – Father’s Day Breakfast special
    Prime rib skillet with quartered cremini mushrooms, caramelized onion, cheddar/jack cheese and two eggs any style. $16 plus tax and gratuity. Served all day.

  • Wednesday, June 22nd – Trivia
    The price to play is $18 inclusive, per person, and includes dinner. The regular Vistas menu is not available. Get there early to purchase a beer or margarita to go with dinner, or anything else you desire. Trivia will start at 5PM. The menu this evening is: The buffet will be a Sloppy Joe Bar with Brioche Buns and Potato Chips and a Baked Potato Bar including Garden Salad, Condiments and Chef’s Choice Dessert.

    Reservations will be required for Trivia. Just log on to SaddleBrooke.org. Once you are logged on, go to the resident website. Click on Trivia Reservation. Type in your name, and the number in your party, you can request a location but that will not be guaranteed. Teams will consist of 2 to 6 players, to be eligible for prizes. Once you have made your reservation if your number of players changes or if you need to cancel, please advise the administration office (825-3048 x100) as we usually have a waiting list that could potentially be accommodated. You can certainly play with a team larger than 6 people, however you will just be playing for the fun and the food! There will be 1 winning team per month, and each team member (up to 6) will receive a Dine in Only coupon for a 1 topping pizza. Please note that a team can only win once a quarter.

  • Wednesday, June 24th – Chef’s Table
    The first course is a peach and prosciutto flatbread with gruyere cheese and arugula. The entrée is bacon wrapped filet mignon with caramelized shallot bordelaise. Served with horseradish whipped potatoes and garlic roasted green beans. Dessert is salted caramel crème brulé.
