I agree to pay for damages of any tables, chairs and/or equipment if broken, I understand I forfeit a portion of my deposit or all pending total damage cost:
I agree to pay a late charge of $15 per 15 minutes of being late upon arrival of entry on the event date.
I agree to pay a late charge if I take home the rental key or if I lose the key, I will pay for replacement locks/locksmith.
I, and my guest agree to no alcoholic drinks of our own brought onto the premises. If this rule is broken, I understand I forfeit my full deposit:
All Event and other add-on services must be paid in full 30 Days prior to your event date. If full payment is past due, late charge(s) will be applied.

We do prefer Digital Payments such As CashApp, Venmo & Zelle,Cash By Appointment...

We also accept Credit/Debit Cards with 4% Processing Fee.

We Provide: Paper Towels, Trash bags, Toilet Paper, Hand Soap, Cleaning Spray & Floor cleaner. Along with Brooms, Dustpans, A Mop & Mopbucket.

Loss Of Key* Read Terms & Conditions for charges

Damages to Kitchen Equiptment or Contents in Building & Building Structure itself will vary case by case, could result in loss of deposit and/or Legal Action.

Deposit will be forfeited if you or guest bring alcohol onto premises.

*If Damages have occurred from a previous rental before yours, please note table and chair count may vary and many not be available due to availablity in stores. We will do our absolute best to keep the inventory count true to what is listed above.*
Additional Information:
Please let us know of any specific needs you may have prior to the event. After contract is submitted, you will receive a detailed invoice. Once payment is received your date is secured. Our staff will meet you at the hall the day of the event for entry.
