Would you like to pre-order charcuterie boards? Please note that you are allowed to bring in outside food and/or catering. The winery can provide pre-packaged unopened items. If yes, a list of options will be shown.
How many boards would you like to order?
Please choose all charcuterie items you would like on the boards. Cote Winery will create a variation of your selected items and confirm the items & boards with you prior to creating an invoice.
Would you like Cote Winery to add decor for your event? Cote Winery decor will always be present, this is to add additional decor specific to your event. If yes, we will reach out to go over details and the $50 deposit.
Do you need non-alcoholic beverages? Please note that Cote Winery does not allow outside beverages to be brought in due to Ohio laws and permitting.
Please list if you would like NA beer, soda, juice, and/or bottled waters and how many of each. We have Non-Alcoholic Beer (Heineken & Budweiser), Mocktails (Lime Margarita and Ginger Mule), Sprite, Diet Coke, Coke, Mountain Dew, Diet Mountain Dew, Sweet Tea, Very Berry Juice, Apple Juice, and Fruit Punch. If you would like something different, please specify.
Wine Selection: Please write which type of wine you'd like to include and how many of each. Wine Selection is as follows: Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Raspberry Merlot (sweet), Summertime Chardonnay (peach and sweet), and Strawberry Zinfandel (sweet). A minimum of 6 bottles are required for a Space Rental (whole winery).
