  • INITIAL CONSULTATION AGREEMENT

  • This Initial Consultation Agreement is made on this   day of     *, 2025, for the appointment scheduled on    day of    *, 2025, at      between Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Mr. Prateek Babbar (the “RCIC”), Membership Number R506314, working on behalf of Settle Immigration Services Inc. and Client   *   * (the “Client”), for the purpose of  . 

  • The Client is obliged to pay a fee of $55 for 30 mins or $95 for 60 mins. Only 5 mins will be given as grace period. If the consultation extends beyond 5 mins, the fees will be charged for next full 30 mins. Taxes applicable on consultation.


    This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.


    Please be advised that Mr. Prateek Babbar is a member in good standing of The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), and as such, is bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations. Role of CICC –
    The College requires the Licensee to conform to all provisions of the Code with regards to all issues resulting from this consultation.

    Upon signing this agreement, the Client hereby agrees to following terms and conditions:

    • The initial consultation fees (net of taxes) will be credited to the legal fees if retained our legal services prior to end of current calendar year.
    • The above consultation is meant to provide general legal guidance for your matter and not legal services. The consultation does not mean you’ve been retained and it is in regards to above topic only.
    • The fee stated above is non-refundable and one-time fees for one-time service only. No follow up will be provided and additional consultation would require additional charges.
    • RCIC is providing consultation as per current government laws and policies. RCIC is accountable or responsible for his actions based on his advice. RCIC is not accountable or responsible for actions of others based on his advice.
