    Thank you for your interest and commitment to be a guest speaker to the Women Beyond the Table. Expert guest speakers are a major benefit that we offer to our members and call joiners on each of our monthly virtual calls. Please take a moment to review the following requirements.
  • The call structure is as follows.  All times are listed are EST:

    1. Welcome 8:00am
    2. Noteworthy 8:00am - 8:10am
    3. Breakout 8:10am - 8:30am
    4. Speaker Introduction - 8:30am
    5. Close 9:00am, but can be 9:15am depending on speaker presentation and Q&A

  • grant Women Beyond the Table and their representatives and employees the right to take photographs, still image, video, digital and audio media of me and my property in connection with the above identified subject.   • Requirements and Points to Note:

    Please read through for our guest speaker requirements and what to expect during your presentation on our WBTT Zoom Call.
    • Please note that our monthly calls are typically mid-month, mid-week and always on a Wednesday morning at 8:00am EST.
    • Your call month and day will be confirmed with you in advance as we often book speakers months in advance.
    • We do not pay speakers.
    • The call runs for approximately 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes, but can go longer.  Due to working hours, most will need to leave the call at approximately 9:00am EST.
    • The speaker will be introduced typically midway through the call and will have the opportunity to present for 30 minutes and can go a bit longer if necessary.
    • The speaker chooses the format in which they wish to present in, for example, a Power Point presentation, informal conversation with the group, interview by the moderator or a breakout style event.  A speaker can get as interactive as they choose to.
    • Downloads/handouts, if supplied, will be sent electronically to each member and call joiner so they can print in advance of the call.
    • We request that any materials used for the presentation, such as the Power Point or downloads, be added to the Women Beyond the Table Google Drive Resources for review by our members only.
    • We request that the speaker not self-promote during their presentation, but an offer can be made to the group at the end of the presentation.
