The Bee Supply Partner Program Agreement

This program is for retail business owners/operators. This means that the product you purchase from The Bee Supply are meant to be resold to retail customers in a retail store and/or on an e-commerce website.
This is an at will, informal partnership. Either party is free to terminate this partnership at any time.
Payment - We expect to be paid on time according to the terms that we establish together
Delivery of and condition of goods - You expect us to act in good faith when it comes to communicating about and following through on the delivery of the products you buy from us. You also expect those goods to be in good and sellable condition.
These products are purchased for sale in your store and/or your website. They are not for sale on Amazon or any auction website or other platform
Products branded with The Bee Supply, Texas Bee Supply and/or the BEE logo AND products branded Premier Bee can be sold at any price, but cannot be advertised below MSRP.
Communication goes both ways - If you ever have any concerns. Get in touch with us, we will do more than our best to make it right.
Liabilities - THE BEE SUPPLY SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE, EVEN IF THE BEE SUPPLY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES
Arbitration - If we all feel like we have to, we will take any controversies or disputes to binding arbitration.
