Maintenance Expectations

Returning guests can expect to have a reinstall every 8-10 weeks. The reinstall includes removing the grown out extensions and re-installing the same hair. If you are wanting a shampoo/style or trim, that will be an additional cost and must be scheduled this way prior to your appointment. Hair extension hair will last between 7-10 months if cared for properly.

* This field is required.Your initial in person consultation is $50, but your consultation fee will be deducted from your grand total on your installation day if it is booked within 60 days of your consultation. Even if you decide not get extensions, the $50 fee is non-refundable. If it is longer than 60 days, your consultation fee will not be deducted from your grand total. Please plan to spend about 30 minutes in my chair discussing your goals, maintenance, and bring any questions you may have. In order to book the installation appointment for IBE® there will be a 50% deposit collected prior to scheduling. This deposit is to secure your reservation and is nonrefundable and nontransferable. The deposit is only transferrable if our cancellation policy is being followed and we receive 72 hours notice of needing to reschedule your appointment. The deposit will be collected after the consultation once you make the decision to move forward.

* This field is required.You are required to give at least 72 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Ample notice ensures we have plenty of time to offer your appointment time to someone on our wait list. You will not be penalized if 72 hours notice is given. If we receive less than 48 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled services prior to rescheduling. It is at our discretion to require a deposit for a new appointment to be scheduled if the cancellation policy is not being followed. If you should "no show" your appointment, your missed appointment must be paid prior to rescheduling. We reserve the right to require a credit card on file to schedule future appointments if you should "no show" or cancel your appointment last minute. All deposits are forfeited if you are not following our policies. Our time is very valuable and we are unable to offer your appointment time to a guest on our wait list if no notice is given. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. If you have any questions regarding our policies, we will be happy to discuss during your consultation.
