1. We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged a $75 fee.
2. I understand that Peak Animal Wellness & Massage prides itself on transparency. If a client, or anyone in their home, is sick during our scheduled appointment time, we request to know this information. Our practitioners will offer the same honestly to you!
3. I further understand that PAWM practitioners practice the right to consult a pet's veterinarian prior to an initial appointment or any appointment thereafter with the intention and goal of keeping good communication throughout the pet's team, as well as ensuring we are reaching the health goals for each pet.
4. I agree that veterinary nurse visits are approved and scheduled at a PAWM nurse's discretion and may require veterinary approval prior to scheduling.
