Before pictures are helpful for a couple of reasons. First, progress happens slowly. You may not notice it day-to-day, but seeing a difference 6 weeks down the road can be extremely motivating. Second, we want to see what kind of physical change you see during the challenge. We will consider the visual changes as part of the winning criteria, but this is the least important aspect. We want to see a mindset change, goals accomplished, and lots of engagement/participation.
