Declaration: I hereby acknowledge that Hang Gliding and Paragliding are dangerous sports and that the decision to fly is mine alone. I acknowledge that it is a condition of entry that I sign a copy of the current SAFA Waiver in force for the State of Tasmania, and I undertake to do so on arrival. In doing so I absolve the Organiser, the land-owner, the THPA and the SAFA from any liability resulting from my actions and decisions whilst participating in the Festival of Flying Fabric 2024 event.
