    Apple & Google Developer Account Information

    The app will be published under the Developer account of your choosing for iOS and Android. 

    First, check if your company already has developer accounts. If not, please follow the steps below:

    Creating New Accounts

    The Developer Account needs to be created as a company account. Please use a company email account so that it can be used across both Apple and Android.
    The emails used to complete the below applications can’t be tied to an individual – it needs to be generic and belong to your company. (i.e. do NOT use john.doe@theamazingproperties.com; create a new email such as mobileapp@theamazingproperties.com) 

    You can create developer accounts through the links below:

    • https://developer.apple.com/programs/enroll/ – there is a fee of USD $99 to set up the account, and a recurring yearly account fee of USD $99)
    • https://play.google.com/apps/publish/signup – there is a fee of USD $25 to set the account

    Further as we will require ongoing access to be able to manage the initial submission & ongoing updates, please add mobileteam@equiem.com.au as an Administrator for both iOS and Android.

    iOS – we will need your assistance for one configuration step prior to the build of the app. For this we will need your Apple App Store Connect API key, if you do not have one yet, follow these instructions to generate and download the API Key and 

    Android – we will need your assistance for one configuration step prior to the release of the app. For this we will either need your Google Play Console account credentials or follow these instructions here and send us the generated JSON file.
