BILF Ireland a new club night for bears, cubs, otters and chasers, is looking for images for its website and promotional material. If you're part of the LGBTI+ bear community and willing to share your pictures please complete the form and submit to BILF.

• Your picture must be of you. No one else can be visible in the image.
• You can be in any pose any state of dress.
• Images showing any kind of full nudity will be cropped or altered to remove genitalia.
• You must be over 21 years of age. Proof age may be requested if you look under 21.
• Please ensure you have read the RELEASE INFORMATION below.
• Although we cannot currently offer cash payment for these images you will get a thank you on our website (if you wish) and vouchers for free entry when we kick off.

AGREEMENT

I, the above named person, grant permission and consent to BILF Ireland for the use of the following photographs as identified below for presentation under any legal condition, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content:

EDITING

I understand that BILF Ireland and its representatives may digitally alter the photograph to suit the needs of the entity. This may include but not be limited to removing the background, changing situation etc., and cropping the image.

PAYMENT

I understand that there shall be no cash payment for this release.

ROYALTIES

I understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.

REVOKATION

I understand that permission to use the photograph(s) may be revoked by me by giving BILF Ireland 28 days notice in writing of such withdrawal.
