    Note: Filling out this form does not guarantee your place in the Festival. We will confirm your place once we have reviewed how many places we have left in the grades your club is applying for.

  • 2024 Global Games NZ Junior Rugby Festival Sign-up Terms
    We faced some issues during the 2023 events, as several teams withdrew at the last moment, which led to insufficient time for waitlisted teams to gather the required funds to attend. Additionally, the draw was also delayed. To prevent this from happening again, we have updated our policies. Now, teams are required to commit to the events earlier than before.

    1. Entry Fee Payment Schedule:
      - $75 per player 
      - 50% of the entry fee is due by December 1st.
      - The total entry fee must be paid by May 10th.
      - If you withdraw before May 10th, you can receive a refund minus a $150 administration fee. 

    2. Team Sheet Submission Deadline:
      - Team sheets are due by June 1st.

    3. From 2024 all clubs and teams will be ranked out of 100 for sportsmanship both on and off the field; how your club performs on these points will determine how many places you can have in 2025.

      0 – 60 points: No teams
      60 - 70 points: 1 team
      70 - 75 points: 2-3 teams
      75 - 80 points: 3-4 teams
      80 - 85 points: 4-5 teams

    4. Global Games aims to run waste-free events by 2025. By entering, you accept you are responsible for sorting your own waste at the event.

    Limited Availability: Due to the overwhelming demand, our tour packages have limited availability and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

    There are 10 packages available for Queenstown and 15 packages for Taupō. Each package is for 30 people in total, which can include players, management, and a few parent helpers.
