KICx 2027 Exhibitor Application

KICx 2027 Exhibitor Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming an exhibitor at the Kingston Independent Comic Expo (KICx)! Due to high exhibitor demand we will ONLY be offering half- tables in 2027. Half-tables are shared 8' tables (4' per person at one table). Should you be approved for a table, pricing will be $35. We will announce our decisions by December 9, 2026.
Kingston Independent Comic Expo (KICx) will encompass creatives across multiple disciplines including comic book artists and writers, illustrators, graphic artists, small press, indie/self-publishing, and local retail.
A message from the show producers
With an ever increasing number of applicants for KICx we want to make sure that we're giving an opportunity to as many creators as possible. If you've tabled with us every year since we started, there's a chance that we may look at bringing in new exhibitors to the event. If for some reason you're not accepted this year, this is not a reflection of you or your work, it's about giving an opportunity to highlight more creators from the incredible talent we have in our indie community. Don't let this discourage you from applying! You will not be auto-rejected. A lot of our decisions will come down to the number of applications that we receive for the event. Thank you for continuing to be a part of KICx!
