Retainer Policy
A 50 percent non-refundable retainer is required to confirm your reservation. This guarantees your chosen time is reserved exclusively for you. The remaining balance is due at the start of our time together.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. When cancellations are made 48 hours or more in advance, your retainer may be applied to a future booking within 30 days, based on my availability. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the full forfeiture of the retainer.

Refund Policy
Retainers are non-refundable except in the rare event that I must cancel. Should that occur, your retainer will be refunded in full within 48 hours.
