Summer Camp 2024 Financial Aid Application
Financial assistance is on a rolling basis and by funds available. This means your award can change from year to year even if your need did not. Apply early, funds are limited.
The following information is required for your application to be considered:
**Completed Girl Scouts of CT membership. Financial Aid is available if requested by calling Customer Care at 800-922-2770 or by visiting gsofct.org and clicking on the MYGS icon at the top of the webpage. Select “Financial Aid” as the payment option at check out. **Completed on-line Camp Registration Form Completed financial aid section within the Camp Registration Form. Payment of $25 non–refundable deposit per week. Should the need exceed the amount of the award and you are unable to pay the camp balance, email camp@gsofct.org by June 1 to request a refund of your deposit.
Processing of Financial Assistance form may take up to 3-4 weeks. All information must be completed for the application to be considered.
While funds are available, assistance will be considered on as need-basis. Financial Assistance is granted per session and can only be applied to one camp during the session requested. When requesting Financial Assistance, there is a limit of two weeks that can be requested at this time. If you wish to apply for more than two weeks, please click the entry box stating you wish for more weeks and someone from financial aid will reach out to you when and if additional funds become available. Financial aid requests made by 4/1/24 will receive early bird pricing, as long as you complete your payment and acceptance of your award by 4/1/24 Thank you. You will receive confirmation that a space has been reserved for your camper. A second confirmation will be sent to the email on file in MYGS showing your financial award. Upon receipt of award you must ACCEPT or DECLINE within one week of receiving award.
