Prior to appointments, clients will fill out a consent form that includes screening questions for COVID and MPXV symptoms. Guests will not be allowed except in the case of needing a guest for accessibility reasons. Clients and artists are required to wear masks while in the studio. Masks are available at the studio if needed. Please wait 2-4 week after getting vaccinated to be tattooed, as it may affect the healing. Our studio is in Ballard, WA and is not wheelchair accessible, but we have access to a station at a wheelchair accessible studio nearby if need be.
