Sign up instructions

1. Call Rayford Crossing RV Resort and reserve your site

2. Sign up and pay for the Rally by fillilng out the form below. Rally fees are $30 per person and include 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts

3. We're having the traditional gift exchange on Friday eventing. Each person needs to bring a wrapped gift that's less than $20 to participate.

4. We're going to continue the tradition of collecting children soxs that will be donated to a local charity. Please be generous and bring soxs for kids.

Cancelation Policy - Refunds will be reduced by the amount of money that has been spent on your behalf. Call Tom Bundy at 281-250-7644 if you need to cancel your reservation.

December 9th is the deadline to sign up for the rally.
