Galerie Elan Rental Policy, Please Read:

We are delighted to rent our gallery space at the rate of $100 per hour.

To make a reservation, 50% of the facility rental fee is required at least one month prior to the event. A separate $100 security deposit is also required at this time to secure the reservation. The $100 security deposit will be returned to the rentee upon satisfactory clean up of the premisis occupied during the event. The balance of the facility rental fee is due at least one week prior to the event. Cancellations must be made at least one week prior to the event to receive a complete refund of any money submitted to Galerie Elan for the facility rental.

Rentee may begin setup up to one hour before the event starts at no additional charge. At the conclusion of the event, all trash generated from the event in our gallery and restrooms must be bagged up by rentee attendants and taken to the dumpster located in our rear parking lot. Rentee must wipe up any spills and sweep floor of any food waste or other trash from the event. Cleanup wrap time of up to one hour is allowed to return the gallery to pre-event condition.

Galerie Elan will provide up to 4 folding tables. All food or catering services, beverages, plates, cups, napkins, cutlery, is the responsibility of the rentee, as well as set up and clean up.

Rentee may provide a live music component to their event at their own expense. Alternatively, music may be played through our Alexa Echo speakers.

A Galerie Elan member will be on hand throughout the event to oversee security and gallery interests, and to assist wherever necessary.

The rentee indemnifies Gregory Graham Grant, Arts on Granada LLC/DBA Galerie Elan, its agents, employees, volunteers, or any other person or entity associated with the gallery against all claims, causes of action, demands, or suits for any damage the rentee, their invitees, guests or any other person may suffer as a result of any act or omission by the gallery. Any insurance coverage obtained by the rentee shall name Arts on Granada LLC/DBA Galerie Elan as a co-insured and provide a copy of the coverage to Gregory Graham Grant.

This agreement shall be governed, construed and interpreted by, through, and under the Laws of the State of Florida.
