RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I understand that although safety is always a priority, parts of this program may be physically or emotionally challenging. I recognize the inherent risk of injury in registering from Tennis Time’s recreational activities. I understand that each participant and guardian must assume the risk of injury that could result from any of these activities. I (or my child, if participant is a minor/ or the person I am the tutor or legal guardian of) agree that, by filling out and signing this waiver and agreeing to the terms and conditions set out in it, I am giving up my legal rights to sue Tennis Time and its officers and directors, in the event that I (or my child, if participant is a minor/ or the person I am the tutor or legal guardian of), becomes sick or injured. Tennis Time will not refund paid programs, but will give credit for future programs or offer make-up dates.
