High School Resource Staff Middle School YIG

High School Resource Staff selected will attend the Middle School Model Legislature Conference November 15-17, 2026 (all or part of conference as available). Selected students will serve as conference staff, assist with committees, aide in logistics, and serve as media team. There is no cost to High School Resource Staff, but if you are accepted and cancel last minute, the YMCA will charge you $50 for your hotel room. -Selections for staff will be based on experience, maturity, and servant leadership -A maximum of 16 students will be accepted to volunteer DEADLINE: Sunday October 25th at 3:00pm

Availability
We especially need volunteers Sunday. If you are unable to miss school Monday or Tuesday, please consider applying for a portion of the conference.
Media Applicants Only: Are you interested in working on media team and creating the conference slideshow? If so, will you bring your own camera?
T-Shirt Size
Will you need a letter from SC YIG requesting an excused absence? The YMCA will provide a letter to your school requesting excused absences, although students must follow up and understand that schools will make absence decisions based on the school regulations.
