This Hire Application and Agreement Form ("Agreement") is made between WA2Go Pty Ltd, hereinafter referred to as the "Trailer Owner," and the customer, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer," collectively referred to as the "Parties."

Trailer and Ice Freezer Information:

Trailer Type: Dual Axel, Cable braked, 2000kg Trailer and Ice Freezer (hold capcaity 100 x 5kg Swan Ice Bag).

Trailer Dimensions: 1900mm W x 3900mm L

Hire Rental Terms

1. Rental Rates:

- Monday to Thursday (Weekday): $110 per day

- Friday to Monday (Weekend): $330 for the entire period

- 7 Days: $550 for 7 consecutive days

- Monthly: $1,100 per month

Pick up from North Dandalup

- Delivery to site within 50km of North Dandalup $110

- Delivery to site within 50km to 100km of North Dandalup $210

 GST Inclusive

2. Trailer Security:

A refundable security deposit of $500 will be required prior to collection / delivery of the trailer. This deposit will be fully refunded upon the satisfactory return of the trailer, provided there is no damage or loss of equipment.

3. Trailer Plug Requirement:

The motor vehicle used to tow the trailer must have sufficient towing capacity and a round seven-pin trailer plug compatible with the trailer's electrical system.

4. Delivery:

   Delivery of the trailer can be arranged upon request. Additional charges will apply for delivery, and the exact cost will be provided upon confirmation of delivery address.

5. Ice Supply:

   Ice can be supplied upon request, and the cost will be determined based on the quantity and requirements provided by the Customer.

6. Driver's License:

   The Customer must provide a valid driver's license, which will be photocopied and kept on file during the rental period.

7. Liability:

   The Customer shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the trailer during the rental period. The Customer agrees to return the trailer to the Trailer Owner in the same condition as when it was rented, excluding normal wear and tear.

8. Insurance:

   The Customer is responsible for obtaining suitable insurance coverage for any liability arising from the rental and use of the trailer.

9. Payment:

     Payment for the rental charges, security deposit, delivery charges, and ice supply (if applicable) must be made in advance before the rental period begins. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, or electronic transfer.

10. Cleaning:

The trailer must be returned clean and tidy, clear of debris.  Failure to do so may result in $200 cleaning charge. Damage to trailer will be repaired by the Trailer Owner at the cost of the Customer.

 

I, the undersigned Customer, hereby agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Hire Application and Agreement Form. I understand that any failure to comply with these terms may result in penalties or legal action.
