Terms of Service

My goal is to provide you with Elite service and to remain transparent throughout this rental transaction. My services will never add any additional cost to your lease or take away from any specials/discounts being offered to you.

I am not paid a commission until you have signed your lease agreement and I will give you 110% as long as you allow me to work with you. I request that in exchange of my services to you, you work with only me as your real estate professional and that you will inform me in writing when/if you wish to discontinue our relationship.
