Face to Face Coaching:
All Personal Training is performed at my new home in Castle Hill at Everwilling Fitness. Do you want to experience high quality training and be guided through your sessions with me by your side? This is the best way to experience and learn my training methods to maximise results and boost your motivation.
Monthly packages available including 30/45/60 minute sessions.
Online Coaching:
There are two levels to Jake Moody Online Coaching which are: Tier 1 & Tier 2.
Please note: All new clients must start on Tier 1 for a 4 week period to begin with. The beginning phase is a learning phase whereby all clients need the most time and help. It will allow me to delve deeper into understanding your ability for you to achieve your fitness and health goals.
Tier 1
Tier 1 is the most personalised and connected form of online coaching.
The crucial ingredient to getting a result is through your Weekly Coaching Call via Zoom based on the feedback you submit every week to create strategies for the week ahead.
What does a Coaching Call consist of? Together we discuss your week, lifestyle, training, nutrition, mindset & more to create momentum and consistency towards bettering your health. This is an extremely educational process that will teach, motivate and set you up for success each and every week. This is the best method to getting a world class result and optimising your health. No question is off limits and you have access to my wealth of experience in knowledge week in week out.
Tier 2:
Tier 2 involves a higher level of personal accountability and reflection on your end. This is done through fortnightly calls and fortnightly video feedback which is recorded and sent to you to watch in your own time. Each week you are required to check in through the usual process however we alternate between the calls and video feedback each week.
What does Video Feedback consist of? I read and review your weekly reflection/check in form giving you advice and feedback on how to improve your week based on your submitted answers. At the end of each 4 week block we will organise a video call to discuss and break down and map out future plans as well as provide you further support and guidance.
Hybrid Method:
This is for those who want to be coached and trained in a blended version of Face to Face and online training. This provides flexibility to train at your own gym or home gym with structured programming and nutrition strategies I set out for you with the option to visit me to train in Castle Hill once a month or fortnight for example. This is a more flexible approach to those who aren't local or have a busy schedule.
Personalised Quotes for Training & Nutrition:
Personalised Quotes are available for PT, Training Programs, Nutrition Coaching/Strategies and Meal Plans. These programs are to be designed to understand you and how I can create a process and program that works for your unique lifestyle. Meal Plans are provided by my Nutritionist Nikki @ B Balanced Health.
This quote could include writing a Set & Go personalised program for you to follow on your own without the coaching process. Or it could be for those wanting maximal results with an intensity block where I create and push you through an all inclusive 5x day gym & outdoor training program and daily meal plans to follow. The limit does not exist here and we are only limited by our imagination.
I feel it is my duty to share that there are certain health conditions and personality types that are not best suited to online consults & coaching and I will be sure to inform you if I believe you fall into that category after reading your answers.
