A few initial notes:

Instructors/Presenters can be members or non-members of Newburyport Art, though a preference will be given to members. (You can become a member online!)
Your responses below are not binding. This is merely to get the discussion started!
Instructors will be paid a flat rate for teaching a class. Someone from the Education Committee will be in touch with further payment details after completion of this form.

About the review process:

The Education Committee meets monthly, so please allow up to thirty days to review your proposal. When possible, your submission will be sent electronically to the committee and we aim to be in touch with you as soon as possible.
You will be contacted by email or phone by a member of the NAA staff or Education Committee, who will have some follow-up questions on behalf of the Committee.
In order to properly prepare for and advertise/market your session(s), a second follow-up form may also be emailed to you that collects further details.
Once the class/workshop is approved, please understand there is a further lead-time of about 3-4 weeks. This is required, in order to effectively advertise and market your session(s).
In summary, from the moment you submit this form, it may take upwards of two months (or more) for your session(s) to commence.
