    The hotel room block is now SOLD OUT.  Please use a travel App to reserve a room at the hotel or a nearby hotel, or you may call the hotel directly to make reservations.  You will not get access to the group rate as those rooms are not sold out.

    Attendees will be responsible for making and paying hotel reservation costs and any cancellation fees.

  • COVID-19  is still a thing so to speak.  Please plan accordingly. This training requires active participation during practicums.  Sitting and observing is NOT permitted.

  • Cancelation and Refund Policy:
    We understand situations arise. If you need to cancel, please contact us at bsptrainer@westcoastpsychotherapy.com as soon as you realize that you need to cancel. Please be sure that you are able to attend 100% all three days of the training. All cancellations received by midnight Pacific time Wednesday, January 31st, 2024, will receive a full refund less a $75 cancellation fee by Wednesday, February 14th, 2024. All cancellations received after Wednesday, January 31st, 2024 will receive a full refund less a $75 cancellation fee, as soon as possible and/or by Friday, March 22nd, 2024.

    NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AS A RESULT OF PARTIAL ATTENDANCE. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO ATTEND 100% ALL 3 DAYS OF THE TRAINING. MISSING ONE OR TWO HOURS OR MORE IS NOT PERMITTED.  PLEASE DO NOT PLAN TO ATTEND AND THEN SEND AN EMAIL THAT YOU HAVE TO MISS A PART OF THE TRAINING.
