These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Data-Driven Leader Awards (the "Awards") hosted by Corndel, hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser." By participating in the Awards, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility:
The Data-Driven Leader Awards are open to individuals and organisations operating within the United Kingdom.
Employees and immediate family members of the Organiser are not eligible to participate in the Awards.
Nomination Process:
Nominations for the Awards can be submitted online via the Organiser's official website. The nomination period and submission guidelines will be outlined on the website.
All nominations must be accurate and complete to be considered for the Awards. Incomplete or fraudulent nominations will be disqualified.
Award Categories:
The Awards will have multiple categories, each focusing on different aspects of data-driven leadership. A list of categories, criteria, and any specific requirements will be available on the Organiser's website.
Selection Process:
A panel of judges, appointed by the Organiser, will review all eligible nominations. The judging process will be fair, unbiased, and based on the specified criteria for each category.
The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence regarding the results will be entered into.
Publicity and Promotion:
By entering the Awards, entrants grant the Organiser the right to use their names, likenesses, and submitted content for promotional purposes. We will never post anything without getting approval from you first.
The Organiser may use any or all of the Awards submissions in its marketing and communication materials.
Data Privacy:
The Organiser will collect and process personal information provided during the nomination process in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Entrants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.
Liability:
The Organiser is not responsible for any technical failures, network issues, or other problems that may disrupt the Awards process.
The Organiser shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Awards.
Changes and Cancellation:
The Organiser reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the Awards or these Terms at its sole discretion.
Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
By participating in the Data-Driven Leader Awards, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
