    Please fill out the following application form in order to provide us with the information needed to consider your participation.

    Before you start note that you will need:

    • General business information including contact details
    • Photos of food and booth/cart/food truck operations
    • Proposed menu to serve at the event
    • Logistics information regarding your operation such as power needs

    If you do not have every piece of information right now you will be able to save your application and return later to complete it.

  • Please fill out the following page to submit the menu you would like to serve at the festival. High quality food with fresh ingredients are greatly encouraged.

    Helpful notes for filling out your menu:

    Limit your menu to five or fewer items in order to serve customers the highest qualiy food, in the most efficient manner the possible.

    When creating prices please factor in a commission on sales of around 25%-30% as well as credit card processing fees. This event will be cashless and tax will be added on top of the price please do not include it in the menu price.

    You will not need to include prepackaged beverages (can of water, can of pop, etc.) on the menu you are submitting. They will be determined by the festival.

    Unless beverages are your principal item, such as coffee or smoothies, please limit your menu to serving one beverage. Please note we will not accept drinks made from powders or commercially produced mixes, and it may not be prepackaged. Beverages should be made from scratch and served in compostable cups to be consumed onsite. You are not required to serve a beverage if you choose not to.

  • Logistics Information

    Please fill out the below information to to give us an idea of what is needed to produce your booth, truck/trailer, or cart at a festival
  • Canopy Rental

    The canopy that makes up your booth frontage and faces the patrons must be rented through the festival. You may bring your own canopies to use behind this canopy or you may rent all of your canopies through the festival if you choose. Please indicate below the canopies you would like to rent through the festival. 2023 prices are listed below, 2024 prices will likely be similar but there is the chance they will change. Signage for the booth will be created for you and placed on a facade attached to the front of your booth.
  • Power Rental

    Electricity will be able to be procured through the festival for a fee. You will not be able to bring any of your own generators for use onsite, if you need any power for cooking, refrigeration, or charging it must be requested below. 2023 prices are listed below, 2024 prices will likely be similar but there is the chance they will change.
  • Refrigeration Rental

    You will not be able to park refrigeration vehicles back of house at the event due to space limitations. In order to accommodate for this we will be offering space for rent in large refrigerated trailers for a fee of $200 per space. The units will be parked just outside of the event, likely the equivalent of a one city block walk from your booth. If you would like to rent a 4'x3.5' floor space in one of these shared coolers please indicate below.
  • Point Of Sale Systems

    For this event you will be required to use point of sales systems provided by Bumbershoot. All transactions will be cashless. You will be expected to staff at least one point of sale for every five feet of booth frontage during busy hours.
