Nate Clark Memorial Foundation Scholarship Application Form for First Tee Participants

Nate Clark tragically lost his life the evening of December 7th, 2021, in a multi-vehicle accident. Nathanael Paul Clark, the first-born child to Heather and Todd Clark, and big brother to Halle, enriched the lives of everyone he met in his brief 27 years with us.

Nate had a love for all things sports but his true passion was always the game of golf. At the age of seven, Nate was one of the first participants in the First Tee Organization of Canton, Ohio. His love for the game began in First Tee and continued to grow from there, leading him to the PGM program at Clemson University, internship opportunities at prestigious clubs across the country, and ultimately a young but illustrious career in the golfing industry with Evolve Golf in Wilmington, NC.

The First Tee Organization remained near and dear to Nate, volunteering his time with the Wilmington chapter and passing along his love for the game to future generations to come. An exceptional student, mentor and friend, Nate strongly believed in the value of higher education, and in his memory the Nate Clark Memorial Scholarship was established to support future generation’s pursuit to better themselves, their families, and their communities.
Qualifications:
- Spring 2025 graduate with plans to attend a degree program in Fall 2025.
- 3.2 unweighted grade point average (GPA).
- First Tee Participant.
- Accepted into an accredited college or university.
- Possess qualities of good citizenship.
