Do You Have A Database or a DataBANK?!
Let's take a look at the ROI of your database and see if it's actually a dataBANK! Your goal is a return of 10:1 from your "Mets" annually - one closing from every 10 METS. (EX: If you have 1,360 in your MET database, your goal is 136 closings.)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Answer the THREE numbered questions.
Once you do so, the other questions auto-populate based on what you enter.
If the number generated is less than 1, you have a database. If you have a number of 1 or greater, you have a databank.
We define a "MET" as a Past Client or Sphere of Influence (SOI) who would use you again and/or refer you as their agent.

1. How many do you have in your MET database? (See definition above)
*
2. How many did you close from your MET database last year (or this year)? This includes Past Clients, Sphere of Influence (SOI), and referrals from Past Clients and SOI)
*
3. When you answered question #2, if you answered with last year's total - enter a 12 here (symbolizing 12 months). If you answered question #2 with YTD closings, enter the number of months of closings. For example, if you entered the closing total from January through September, enter a 9 here (symbolizing 9 months).

(THIS WILL AUTOFILL): This is YOUR database ROI (the number of closings you get for every 10 contacts). Your goal is to be 1.0 or higher. If the number is less than 1, you have opportunity for growth.
(THIS WILL AUTOFILL) This is the number of closings you SHOULD have in one year if you have a 10:1 ROI.
(THIS WILL AUTOFILL) This is your OPPORTUNITY for growth (the number of additional closings you can gain by tweaking your touch plan to ensure a 10:1 ROI)
