We understand that unforeseen circumstances in the skin may arise that could force you to postpone or reschedule your procedure. If you have a skin issue that you think could affect your service, please call us immediately. Communication is key. We would rather know in advance and reschedule you to another day when you can receive the best quality result. Services will never be completed on skin that is in an unhealthy state or has open and healing lesions.
If you do not notify our office of any skin issues in advance and discuss with your service provider, a will forfeit your deposit, or be charged a cancellation fee.
2 Weeks prior to any skin or tattooing treatments DO NOT:
· Get a sunburn, or dark tan
· Receive any chemical peels, laser treatments, or other significant exfoliation procedures
· Any skin treatments from your dermatologist in the area to be treated
If you arrive to your scheduled reservation with a sunburn, recent chemical peel, laser treatment or any other optional skin care treatment that does not allow us to perform your pre-planned service, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
If you must receive an non-elective treatment from your dermatologist, you must notify us ASAP so we can change the curse or timeline of your treatment.
