Terms and Conditions
Upon receipt and approval of this application an invoice will be created and a non-refundable deposit of $150 minimum or half the event cost is due at the time of the booking. The balance is due 7 days prior to the event. The reservation will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited if the full balance is not paid by the due date. No Refunds will be issued. In the event the center is closed due to inclement weather or unforseen circumstances, you will be issued a credit only to be used by the end of the calendar year.
Note: WTEF programs have priority over all other uses. Tennis courts are available for private bookings in advance, tennis parties, events, and etc. based on availability.
Facility and rooms must be returned to the same conditions upon arrival. All food, trash and debris must be taken to the dumpsters in the front of the building. Do not place any items outside the dumpster or in the dumpster area. A $150 clean up fee will be charged if we have to clean up inside or outside of WTEF.
Music can only be played on the tennis courts when the full facility is reserved.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your rental/event: cancellation must be made in writing and received by the Sr. Operations Manager at least 3 weeks prior to the scheduled date to receive a credit to be used in that calendar year.
Cancellations less than 3 weeks will be subject to the minimum non-refundable fee of $150.00 or 20% if less.
No Shows are not eligible for any refunds or credit.
