Cancelation and Refund Policy:
We understand situations arise. If you need to cancel, please contact us at bsptrainer@westcoastpsychotherapy.com as soon as you realize that you need to cancel. Please be sure that you are able to attend 100% all 3 days of the training. All cancellations received by midnight Pacific Time Wednesday, January, 31st, 2024 will receive a full refund, less a $75 cancellation fee by Wednesday, February 14th, 2024. ALL cancellations received after Wednesday, January 31st, 2024, will receive a full refund less a $75 cancellation fee as soon as possible and no later than Friday, March 22nd, 2024.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AS A RESULT OF PARTIAL ATTENDANCE. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO ATTEND 100% ALL 3 DAYS OF THE TRAINING. MISSING ONE OR TWO HOURS OR MORE IS NOT PERMITTED. PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER AND THEN PLAN TO SEND AN EMAIL THAT YOU NEED TO MISS PART OF THE TRAINING.
