B.E.S.T. Program (Basic Education for Safe Travel) - Formerly C.A.R.S.
Hybrid education for child care providers and foster parents. This class is designed to meet the MN CPS course requirements for licensure and foster parenting.

The B.E.S.T. Program will consist of 2 steps: A 60 minute online course followed by a 30-60 minute in-person hands on evaluation with car seats and your vehicle.
