The name of this Private Membership Association is AVALON IN MOUNT SHASTA ("The Association").
I, {nombre17} , of mine own free will and in good faith, and with the capacity to contract, hereby enter into this membership agreement with Avalon in Mount Shasta, and
I, {nombre17}, hereby accept and acknowledge that there is a membership fee of 100.00 $USD, however, further understand that the currency exchanged is given under variation by agreement under International law wherein the currency itself does not create third party obligations against this membership agreement. Further, I understand that the membership fee is based on a one true calendar year (365 days), starting from today at the moment of the signature, and
I, {nombre17}, willingly agree to abide by the Avalon in Mount Shasta constitution and Avalon in Mount Shasta by-laws as they are adopted when acting in the capacity of member and further understand that any by-laws adopted shall be adopted for the benefit of the membership and Avalon in Mount Shasta, mutually and collectively, and
Non-Disclosure Agreement
I, {nombre17} , am in full understanding that information that is obtained and/or learned is under non-disclosure in accordance with Article V of the By-Laws wherein any information is not to be shared with any one person or entity outside of Avalon in Mount Shasta without written consent of Avalon in Mount Shasta Trustee. I affirm that I may not be questioned or coerced by any outside agency to obtain information in the aforementioned Private Membership Association, and
Voluntary Disclosure
In the event that information is voluntarily disclosed to a non-member, a 20 million dollar fine is hereby attached to said voluntary disclosure, and
Involuntary Disclosure
In the event coercion has taken place by any agent, officer or other body for the purpose of extracting information used for any purpose against Avalon in Mount Shasta, the member’s liability transfers to the agent or officer of up to 20 million in fines and penalties lodged against the member, and
Security of Avalon in Mount Shasta
I, {nombre17}, affirm that I am not acting as a representative/agent or in any capacity officially for any City, County, State, or Federal agency solely attempting to investigate Avalon in Mount Shasta and its members, and
I, {nombre17}, affirm I am requesting membership solely for the social benefits of being associated with other likeminded members and to assemble within a safe and comfortable environment, and
Risks of injury during activities
I {nombre17} voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur during the attendance of Avalon in Mount Shasta for indoor or outdoor services (spiritual retreats, ceremonies, outdoors actitivies, workshops). On my behalf, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the Avalon in Mount Shasta PMA, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.
I {nombre17} understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Avalon, its leaders, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any Avalon activity.
Outsourcing contract labor
I, {nombre17}, am aware that Avalon in Mount Shasta may have some handy work needing to be accomplished and will post those needs either in the newsletter or Members Notice board posted within the Avalon in Mount Shasta building, and
Guests
I, {nombre17}, understand that it is in the interest of Avalon in Mount Shasta to expand its membership, therefore Avalon in Mount Shasta allows its members to invite guests for the purpose of enjoying future membership only and may invite the same guest up to three times. The member is responsible for guest conduct and non-disclosure limits on guest speech, and

Conduct Toward Others
I will extend kindness to all others, even when they don’t extend it to me.
I will take action to help a person in need if I see their need and am capable of making the situation better.
I will respect differences of opinion by acknowledging the other person’s stance and not pushing their acceptance of mine.
Conduct in Difficult Situations
In a violent situation, I will only retaliate with violence if I am unable to call for or get to help.
If a disagreement turns into a negative argument, I will walk away from the situation.
