First, sign in to the portal:

Once in the portal, choose Billing--Current bill:
Statement balances may say zero, but payment can still be made. Click "Make payment.":
Select "Other amount" and type in the amount due (as per invoice or payment agreement), then choose payment method. If you usually like to pay by check, then "Direct debit" is the digital equivalent. Credit card payment causes an additional 3% processing fee. No fee for direct debit payments.
In the last screen, you'll enter email & billing addresses, then card/account numbers.
