Pantry Doors
If you have chosen a design to go on the face of your kitchen doors, you will need to specify whether you’d like one (P1) or two patterns (P2) on your pantry doors and whether the door is to be routed as a solo door or to match any adjacent bottom kitchen doors.
|
End Panels & Pantry Doors
Kickboard height is typically incorporated into end panels to align with the bottom design of P1 and P2 type Pantry Doors.
Both the kickboard height and the height of the adjacent door are crucial factors. As the illustration above shows, it is essential for the bottom design of the end panel, pantry door, and of the adjacent small door to harmonize.
|
Doors Alignment (Left or Right)
The proper way to identify the door whether it is left or right hinged is to look at it from the front and with the hinges behind the door.
If the door swings to the left, it is left hinged. If it swings to the right, it's a right-hinged door.
|
Corner & Bifold Doors
Corner and Bi-fold doors can either be left or right hinged. The "corner" door is the one attached to the cabinet and it uses a special hinge set along with the bi-fold door.
Like any other kitchen door, if you require a different hinge hole position for either Top or Bottom, please specify it on the Custom Hinge Position column.
|
Drawer Front Options
Drawer fronts with individual patterns similar to illustrated above have minimum height restrictions.
If you have a drawer front with a particular design (e.g. 5001 SQ0), please inquire first what the minimum height before you go proceed.

EDGE Options
Doors and Panels
X - Applied with chosen "Edge Type" F - Position of Full Handle SN - Position of "Shark Nose" Handle
Panels ONLY
S - Square Edges D - Double Front Edge
TIP: Kickboards and filler panels generally have squared (S) edges on all sides.
Door, panels, and drawer fronts should have edges (X) on all sides.
Double Front Edge applies only to panels with overhangs or exposed back sections that need painting (in 100mm increments).
|
Hinge Hole Positions
Industry standard distance of 100mm from Top and Bottom will be applied unless specified.
For doors that require more than 2 hinges, the distance will be equally distributed between the top and bottom holes unless specified.
