Thank you for your interest in hiring me as your private luxury chef or local taste-maker in Houston, Texas.
Please complete this form in its entirety so that I can get a quote to you as soon as possible! Please allow 48 business hours for a response.

PLEASE NOTE: RETAINER FOR SERVICES: A deposit of 50% must be paid to reserve your date and time. Reservations are on a first-come-first-served basis. Your date or services will remain open to book if a deposit has not been submitted.

FINAL PAYMENTS: All final payments must be received 72 hours prior to service, no exceptions.All payments will be made by invoice. After the quote has been discussed and agreed upon, you will receive an invoice that must be paid upon receipt. The invoice will remain open for 3 business days and will automatically cancel after 3 business days. The quote listed on the invoice can/will increase if a deposit has not been submitted.
