PRECIOUS METAL GALA 2024

We ask for your generous patronage through the donation of product, service, or experience for use in the live/silent auctions and fundraising activities to help support children and young people to live a happy and safe life, free from violence and trauma. Your generosity will help raise vital funds to support The Alannah & Madeline Foundation & Myer Community Fund charity partners.

Please complete and return the ‘Product Donation Form’ (on the following page, via ‘Next’ button below) at your earliest convenience or by Friday 28th June, 2024.

We kindly request the minimum retail value of $150. We do not have a maximum limit.

 

To complete the ‘Product Donation Form’ you will need to include:

Quantity, Name of donated Item/s, item description & value of donation

Nb. The ‘item description’ should be as you want the donated item promoted, ie. suitable from a brand/marketing perspective.

 

Once we receive your form we will contact you via email to request:

1. Your company logo

2. Image of your donated item/s (to use for marketing purposes)

3. We will provide delivery details, for you to send your donated item/s to us
