• College Freshman, Sophomores, Juniors & Seniors

• Community Members/Leaders 18 years or older

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have the ability to effectively communicate with Elementary, Middle School & High School age students.

• Must attend a 3 hour mentor orientation & training that will be held in the month of May (Date & Time: TBA)

• Must be available to spend 8-9 hours a month with mentee during the months of June & July 2024

• Must be available to spend 4-5 hours a month with mentee starting August 2024 until May 2025

• Must be able to assist with program activities & events involving mentee.

• Must have reliable transportation to and from activities & events

1. I understand that the IMAGE Inc. Mentoring Program is privately owned and operated by a community based youth organization. I understand that I must commit to a once-a-month Mentoring Program event.

2. I understand that IMAGE Inc. Mentoring Program regular meetings develops positive mentees. I agree not to withhold information from the Mentoring Program's Director if a mentee shares information that is life threatening.

4. I understand that I will contact the Mentoring Program Director as soon as possible if plans must be changed due to illness or emergency when it's time for the once-a-month mentoring event.

5. I understand that Mentoring Program meetings are not permitted outside of the supervisied once-a-month mentoring events.
