We unfortunately cannot take New Children who are starting School for the first time in 2024 (Kindy) for this December Service. They are eligible to attend our January 2024 Vacation Care.

The cost per day for Vacation Care is $75.00 ( Before any applicable Subsidy ).

Please ensure that you are up to date with fees payment.

It is imperative that Children are not sent to the service if they are feeling unwell, or show signs and symptoms of colds and flu.

There are NO REFUNDS or credits during vacation care.

The cost of Vacation Care per day is $75.00 ( Before any applicable Subsidy ).

Vacation Care bookings will not be accepted when there are outstanding fees from the previous term. Our opening hours are strictly from 7.30am – 6.30pm, a late fee of $1.50 per minute per child is applied after 6.30pm. This will be applied to your account.

All details of problems, disabilities of family circumstances that may affect the child are to be included on the enrolment form. This must also be discussed with the Coordinator.

Access to the Child will only be given to the persons nominated on the enrolment form. Unless a written arrangement is made with the Coordinator. Please ensure that the service has the contact numbers of all nominated persons listed on your Child's enrolment form.

Each child must be signed in when being left at the centre and signed out when collected.

Emergency telephone numbers to be supplied and they must be up to date.

CHILDREN ARE NOT TO BRING MOBILE PHONES OR ELECTRONIC GAMES TO THE CENTRE. WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OR DAMAGE

A refillable drink bottle and food sufficient for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are to be provided by the parent. We do not provide any food during vacation care.

The parent must provide suitable clothing for the child’s protection including a hat (No hat – no outdoor play) and covered shoes. Singlet tops are not suitable . A towel and swimmers are recommended in case there is outdoor sprinkler play.

Sunscreen will be made available at the sign in table in the morning.

Avalon OOSH reserves the right to cancel the enrolment of any child who will not cooperate with the centre and its rules, or whose behaviour is considered a danger to themselves, other children attending, or staff members.

All personal information provided will be kept confidential.

Drop Off and Collection is to be completed on the outside deck preferably.
Parents are asked to minimise their time inside the centre.
