Please note the following terms of service:
Payment: Full payment is due no less than three (3) days prior to the scheduled event.
Cancellation Policy: Texas Firewalkers reserves the right to cancel the event in the event of an emergency deployment for our disaster response services. While cancellations are rare, they are possible due to the unpredictable nature of disaster relief. In the event of a cancellation, you will be offered an alternate date or a full refund.
Mileage Fees: Events located outside a 15-mile round trip radius from our base will incur a mileage fee of $1.95 per mile, each way.
Support: Your booking directly supports the Texas Firewalkers non-profit disaster response organization.
