  • We are looking for friendly and outgoing seasonal employees who enjoy working with the public to join our St. George team as seasonal cashiers. Our seasonal cashiers assist the full-time cashiers with processing transactions, providing quality customer service, bringing a happy face to work, and helping wherever extra hands are needed. You'll get to work with fantastic coworkers in a fast-paced, high-energy, and friendly environment with high-end products.

    The ideal candidates are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and display a positive attitude when interacting with customers and employees. If permanent positions become available, we hire from our group of seasonal employees first, so this is a great way to get your foot in the door! This is a seasonal job from October to December.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain and build strong customer relations
    • Create an enjoyable and satisfying experience as the customer is ending their visit
    • Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service
    • Registers sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing, and totaling customers’ purchases
    • Resolves customer issues and answers questions
    • Collects payments by accepting cash, or charge payments from customers and makes change for cash customers
    • Balances cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of the work shift
    • Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes
    • Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related responsibilities as needed

    • Comfortable speaking and interacting with customers
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Well-developed organizational skills
    • Able to effectively work with a team
    • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the sales floor
    • Effective communication skills
    • Provide quick and accurate information regarding products and sales/prices
    • Work with a sense of urgency, full of energy, and a positive attitude

    • Seasonal from October to December 

      Part-Time. Monday to Saturday ranging from 9 AM-10 PM. 18-30 Hours per week. Rotating Saturdays. Major sale events and holidays including Black Friday Weekend (Nov 28-30) and the days leading up to Christmas (Dec. 20-24) are required. Weekends required. 

      Mandatory sales dates:

      November 3rd
      November 10th
      November 28th-30th
      December 5th
