EMPLOYEE PROFILE
Harvest Christian Daycare and Learning Center is a Christian ministry. Therefore, individuals who work at Harvest Christian Daycare must posses all the traits necessary to be an effective minister for Christ, as well as the technical skills of a child care provider. The following are minimum standard for child care providers at Harvest Christian Daycare.
1. A born-again Christian with a mature walk of faith, whose lifestyle, convictions and beliefs are in line with the Bible and the Holy Spirit of God.
2. One who is faithful in attendance and is actively involved in their own local Bible-believing church.
3. Is able to clearly articulate biblical components of salvation, citing appropriate Scriptures, to be able to lead a child to understanding the need for a Savior and lead them in a prayer of Salvation.
4. Is in agreement with the daycare's Code of Ethics and Conduct.
5. An individual who is apt to teach, who posses Christ-like qualities of a teacher.
6. Can provide current copies of certification in blood-borne pathogens training and mandatory reporter training for child abuse, or can obtain them immediately upon employment.
