  • Braunfels Foundation Trust’s Tablescapes 2025

    Tablescapes is a unique happy hour event and fundraiser held annually to support the Trust’s goal of funding and awarding career and technical education (CTE) scholarships annually to graduating seniors living in the attendance zones of our local school districts.

    Tablescapes guests are treated to an open bar featuring refreshing cocktails and delicious hors d’oeuvres as they browse the table entries and vote for their favorite for the People’s Choice Award.

  • Presenting Sponsor – $5,000

    One (1) Available. Includes twelve (12) event tickets, logo/name featured in all event media, logo/name featured on all printed materials, logo/name featured on all event signage, name/logo prominently featured on event website, name/logo featured on looping PowerPoint during event, podium mentions during the event, name/logo on front of event program, and full-page ad on inside front cover of event program.

  • Venue Sponsor – $5,000 – SOLD

    One (1) Available. Includes twelve (12) event tickets, logo/name featured in all event media, logo/name featured on all printed materials, logo/name featured on all event signage, name/logo prominently featured on event website, name/logo featured on looping PowerPoint during event, podium mentions during the event, name/logo on front of event program, and full-page ad on back cover of event program.

  • Nosh & Libations Sponsor – $3,500 – SOLD

    Includes ten (10) event tickets, logo/name in select event media, logo/name on select printed materials, name/logo on event website, name/logo on looping PowerPoint during event, podium mentions during the event, and name/logo in event program.

  • Scholarship Sponsor – $2,500

    100% of this sponsorship goes to the BFT First Step Career Tech Scholarship Program.

    Includes eight (8) event tickets, logo/name in select event media, logo/name on select printed materials, name/logo on event website, name/logo on looping PowerPoint during event, podium mentions during the event, and name/logo in event program.

  • Career & Technical Education (CTE) Supporter – $1,000

    Includes six (6) event tickets, name/logo on event website, name/logo on looping PowerPoint during event, and name/logo in event program.

  • Skilled Trades Supporter – $500

    Includes four (4) event tickets, name/logo on event website, name/logo on looping PowerPoint during event, and name/logo in event program.

  • Baron and Baroness Tablescapes Supporter – $150

    Exclusive to the Baron and Baroness of the Trust, this level includes two (2) event tickets, name/logo on event website, name/logo on looping PowerPoint during event, and name/logo in event program.

  • Sponsorships can not be paid online. You will receive an invoice for your sponsorship and may pay by check. Tickets will be emailed about a week prior to the event.

  • Sponsor Guest Entry Information

    Please note that the included tickets to the event do not require you to submit the names of your guests.

    Please inform your guests to check into the event under your company name. Each guest will be provided with a namebadge with your company name or logo on it.

  • Sponsorships must be purchased by February, 5th at 5:00 PM.
