Form configuration steps:

1. Clone this template - never edit the original template (Step 1 Video)
2. Once you have the clone of the template open - Edit the name of the form from "Facilitators Template - UK - WorldPay" to "Event Name - Event Code" (Step 2 Video)
3. Enter All the Data into the Admin section - by change the default value of each field (Step 3 Video)
4. Replace the Text on the main banner "***Edit With Event Name***" with "Event Name" (Step 4 Video)
