Vendor Fees:
- Non - Food Vendor Booth - $500 | 10' x 10' Space
- Food Vendor Booth - $1,200 | 10'x10' Tent/10'x20' Space
Note: All vendors selling edible items for consumption are considered a "Food Vendor." All Vendor Fees are non-negotiable.
Confirmation: Confirmation will be sent via email from the City of North Miami.
Vendors Needed: Food & Products - No Food Trucks or Trailers Permitted.
Vendor Rules & Regulations:
- Vendor Application Payments - Credit Card, Business Check, Cash & money orders accepted at the Parks & Recreation - Administrative Office, 1600 NE 126th Street, North Miami, Florida 33181.
- Food/beverage - A menu with full pricing for all items is required.
- Ordinance No. 1435 - Styrofoam & Single-Use Straws Prohibition. No Styrofoam or Single-use plastic straws. No vendor may use polystyrene products (plates, bowls, cups, containers, lids, trays, coolers, ice chests, and all similar articles that consist of expanded polystyrene) or plastic straws in city facilities or parks.
- Set-up is from 8:00AM - 4:00PM. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE REMOVED BY 4:30 PM.
- Vendor Zoom Meeting: All Vendors must attend a mandatory zoom meeting. Date TBD. A confirmation email will be sent to you with log in instructions.
- Payment: Once approved, vendors will have 3 days from approval to submit a complete payment in person or by mail. No vendors will be allowed to set up unless full payment is received.
- No Food Trucks or trailers permitted. The NoMi Music Fest Committee will provide each vendor with one assigned labeled tent, one 6-foot table, two chairs, and a light under tent. Vendor is to provide own decorations, extension cords, and any additional chairs, tables, and lighting if needed. Vendors are fully responsible for any damages to the tents.
- Vendors are responsible for properly displaying a listing of products sold and the corresponding prices.
- You, your staff, and your booth must remain neat, clean and kept in an orderly fashion. Conduct and displays must be appropriate. No garbage/boxes/etc. may be in view. All boxes must be broken down before discarding.
- Vendors are responsible for having appropriate licenses and collecting sales tax.
- No vendor may sell alcoholic beverages unless specifically approved on the application.
- No handmade signs are allowed. If using tables, all tables must be covered with tablecloth. (No plastic)
- Once your application is approved no refunds will be issued.
- The event staff and the City of North Miami will not be liable for any losses or damages of any kind that occur at your booth.
- There are no refunds on deposits or cancellations of the event due to rain or acts of nature.
- Only items listed and approved on this application will be allowed to be sold at the event.
- No music allowed in the tents. The NoMi Music Festival will provide ALL entertainment.
- You must adhere to hours for the event Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 6 PM to 11 PM. Early breakdown will result in exclusion from future City of North Miami events.
- The City of North Miami reserves the right to reject or accept any vendor.
- Each company/organization participating in the 2025 NoMi Music Festival shall indemnify and hold harmless, the City of North Miami and all sponsors from all claims, liabilities, costs, expenses and damages which may result from the operation of their concession.
- Participants in concessions will refrain from consuming & selling alcoholic beverages while working.
- Booths that will be cooking are required to have a 2025 fire extinguisher and apply for a special Health Department Temporary Food Service Establishment Permit.

Event Timeline - Saturday, February 22, 2025
8:00AM - 4:00PM - Vendor Load In - *All Vendors must be set by 4:30PM. No vehicles are permitted on the field after 4:00PM. Vendors will not be able to setup after 4:30PM.
4:30PM - 6:00PM - Doors Open to Event Attendees
6:00PM – 11:00PM - Showtime
11:00PM - 12:30AM - Breakdown - *Vendors are not allowed to breakdown during the event. Absolutely no vehicles can be on the field until the show is completely over!
