• MVA INFO CENTER EVENT RESERVATION

  • IMPORTANT: Confirm that your desired date and time range is available before completing this form. The current calendar is available here.

  • Please ensure that the dates and times you select below meet the following criteria. Requests that do not meet these requirements will be rejected.

    1. Only 1 date may be reserved per application. 
    2. Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance and cannot be made more than 90 days in advance.
    3. All reservations must be at least 1 hour in duration and should only be booked in complete hour increments. (IE: do not book 1.5 hours)
    4. The Info Center is available for reservations between 8 AM and 11 PM. Requests that fall outside of these hours will be rejected.
    5. Renters are strictly prohibited from accessing the space outside of reserved dates and times. Ensure start and end times provide ample time to setup and cleanup.

  • Reservations are only allowed for a single date, between the hours of 8 AM and 11 PM. Any requests made outside of those hours will be denied.

  • DID YOU INCLUDE THE REQUIRED CLEANUP AND SETUP TIME IN YOUR REQUEST?*

  • All renters are required to cleanup the space following your event. Please update your request to include the time necessary to accomplish this before proceeding with this form.

  • Reservations times cannot be changed once booking is complete. Access to the space is strictly limited to the start and end time specified in this request. You, the renter, are responsible for ensuring you include additional time before and after your event for any setup and the required cleanup.

  • Current MVA Members may reserve the Info Center at no cost up to 6 times each year. However, if you are not currently a member of the MVA, or you have exceeded you 6 free rentals, your reservation will require pre-payment of all rental fees. Please take a moment to verify that your membership is active through our Member Directory.

  • Your reservation request will be reviewed as soon as possible, typically within 3 days of submission. If your request is approved, you will receive an email to the address you provided above including an agreement (and payment interface for non-members). This agreement must be reviewed and completed within 3 days of issuance to guarantee your reservation. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder or reach out to us at infocenter@merionvillage.org if you do not receive a response within 5 days of submitting this request.
