Cancellations by email can be refunded less admin fee until May 1. Conference registrations are transferable by email to the Conference Coordinator until June 1.
Twelve hours of CEU and CLE credits are available for registered attendees through National Association of Social Workers-Oregon, Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon, and the Oregon State Bar.
Attendees MUST complete a post-conference survey by June 30, 2024 to receive a certificate of attendance for the conference.
We estimate twelve hours of CEU and CLE credits will available for registered attendees. No certificates of attendance will be provided without a survey finished before June 30.
When you submit the certificate to your licensing body you are stipulating to them your full attendance at the conference, or having reviewed the online recording before June 30, 2024.
An online full recording of the June 10 and June 11 conference sessions will be available for registered attendees to review online for the month of June. The June 12 seminar sessions will not be available for review.
SCHOLARSHIPS: The Law & Mental Health Conference provides partial scholarships for people with lived experience of mental illness, addiction, or alcoholism. Partial scholarships have full access and a continuing education credit option.
ACCESSIBILITY: The Oregon Housing Conference welcomes people with disabilities. For questions about accessibility or to request an accommodation, please contact the conference coordinator. Requests must be made by May 1. The conference is closed-captioned.
GROUP RATE DISCOUNT: Payment for Group Rate Discount registrations can be made by check on online by using this form or by email. If through this online form, we'll send you a note shortly requesting registration information before June 1. A receipt for your online purchase is sent to the designated email address via Stripe automatically when you register. No additional receipt is provided for your purchase.
