Register to Attend (In-Person) a Public Board Meeting

Members of the Public
Members of the public wishing to attend Board meetings in-person will be asked to pre-register online, and prior to entering the Board Room, sign-in and present photo identification to the designated RCSD staff attendant. (according to Board Policy 8 - Board Operations - Section #11 - Delegations to the Board).

Registration must be submitted prior to 2:00 pm of the day of the meeting.

Any questions or concerns regarding the Public Board Meeting Agenda can be submitted to the Office of the Director by noon on the Friday prior to the Board meeting.

Members of the public are expected to uphold the principles of respect, in speech, decorum, environment, and interaction.

Delegations or members of the public may be asked to leave the meeting if they do not abide by procedures as set out in Board Policy and or The Education Act, 1995, Section 80(4).
